Step 6. Sleep Disorders Diagnosis

If you have a Stop Bang Questionnaire score >2 and/or an Epworth Sleepiness Scale score >10, then you need a diagnostic sleep test to evaluate the sleep disorder.

Please choose from the options below:

5.1. Sleep Consultation

5.2. At Home Sleep Apnea Test

5.3. At Lab Sleep Apnea Test

5.1. Sleep Consultation

If you need to discuss your sleep problems with a sleep healthcare professional, our specialized sleep team at Neuro Synchrony Sleep Center will schedule a telemedicine sleep consultation with our sleep healthcare professionals.

5.2. At Home Sleep Apnea Test

The common way to diagnose a sleep disorder in adults is through a home sleep apnea test.

Our specialized sleep team at Neuro Synchrony Sleep Center will schedule and facilitate your sleep apnea test at your home, and our board-certified sleep physicians will interpret the results. Then you will have a telemedicine sleep consultation with our sleep healthcare professionals to initiate treatment that is tailored to your diagnosis and needs.
